I Can Hear You

There was a young woman named Helen that always took her breakfast to work in the morning. One morning she thought to herself that she wanted a boiled egg, but she didn’t feel like making a boiled egg and decided to just take oatmeal instead. She goes to work and sees her coworker, Michelle. Michelle tells her that she’s going down to the café to get breakfast. While in the café, Michelle orders and pays for two boiled eggs and sausage patty. To her surprise the man that made her breakfast blessed her with three boiled eggs and a sausage patty.

 Michelle goes upstairs and tells Helen what happened and blessed her with the extra boiled egg. Michelle, a believer told Helen that God heard her and blessed her. Helen thanked God for her boiled egg. I believe that God hears our hearts desires and like in this story, he heard Helen’s secret desire for a boiled egg. If you ever wonder if God hears your prayers, hearts desires, or even secret petitions, I believe he does. I encourage you to talk with God, commune with Him, spend time with Him. Let this testimony be a reminder that God really does hear you.
